How many free trials have quietly become paid ones?
Not a character question. A trial is the only subscription with a hidden deadline, and the deadline is set by someone who benefits from you missing it.
What the answers are looking for
Two of the questions are about trials specifically: whether one has charged you in the last year, and whether you recognise the feeling of meaning to cancel and not getting to it. Those two tend to predict the size of the gap between what people think they pay and what they actually pay.
